What AcreFocus is

AcreFocus compiles public records about real property in Washington County, Texas, from the Washington County Appraisal District, the Texas Geographic Information Office, FEMA, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Texas Water Development Board, the Railroad Commission of Texas and the U.S. Geological Survey, and presents them in one place.

No warranty

The information is provided as is. Public records contain errors and go out of date, and our calculations (such as the share of a tract in a floodplain or the number of wells nearby) are estimates from mapped data. AcreFocus is not a survey, appraisal, title report, flood determination, environmental assessment or legal advice. Verify anything that matters with the original source or a licensed professional before relying on it.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Your subscription is for you or your business's own use. Don't resell, republish or bulk-copy the database, share your sign-in, or use automated tools to download it beyond the export features we provide. Don't use owner information to harass anyone or for any purpose the law prohibits, and follow applicable rules for marketing to property owners.

Changes

We may update the data, features, prices or these terms. We'll tell subscribers by email before a price change takes effect.
