We keep your email address to sign you in and to manage your subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We use a single sign-in cookie and no advertising trackers.

Property records

Owner names and mailing addresses come from the Washington County Appraisal District's public appraisal roll. When the appraisal district withholds an owner's information under Texas Tax Code §25.025 (for example, for peace officers, judges and survivors of family violence), AcreFocus withholds it too.

Corrections and record reviews

If you believe a record about your property is wrong, or that your information should be confidential under Texas law, email records@acrefocus.com with the property ID. We'll review it promptly. Corrections to the underlying record need to be made with the Washington County Appraisal District.
